Default Trackbar

In order to install an adjustable trackbar, do I only need to get the rear axle off the ground and install the new adjustable trackbar? What measurement do I take to know how to adjust for centering?

It is good to have a friend so that can push on the Jeep to get it to line up or use a rachet strap to pull the Jeep over.
x2 thats how I did mine.

look at the di-it-yourself alignment thread and it shows you how to measure from both front wheel wells then you adjust accordingly.
