I used it to reset the lights, not to run a diagnostic on the steering angle sensor

Yeah I think the guy just didn't understand what I was asking. maybe I'll just hook it up and see if it works to read it with out programming the jeep.

If you guys are running new tires. That will cause your TC to come on around sharp corners. After I put about 5 k on my new 35'the TC quit coming on
had I known then about the disable feature, I would have done it right away
because the TC works mainly on the rear brakes, they are now shot at 40k
so on short if you are a good driver, disable the TC and have fun
