Default Trail Grappler Update

So for those of you that have been running them...
How are they holding up to ...
The trails?
The highway miles?
The noise factor(any louder)?
The different weather scenarios?

Any other comments would be welcomed also...

What size on what rims?

Quiestest MT I have ever owned.
Mud and snow they clean out and throw over the Jeep.
Wear is even so far and is my DD 50 miles a day.

Default Best M/T I have ever owned

35x12.50
17 in KMC XD Rims
The best M/T I have ever owned so far. Only have 1000 miles on them so far but I love them. Have owned BF and Toyo and I like these the best. Very quite and clear very well.

35x12.50R18
Stock Sahara wheels

Even wear, still have about 75% tread left (a lot of highway driving), Pretty quiet, getting louder as they wear down though. Great mud/snow traction.

Overall very impressed

I really like these tires, but the weight is making me second guess the purchase. How much do y'all think the added weight has affected performance, acceleration, mpg, etc?

I know moving up to 35's reduces all of the previous variables, but MT/R Kevlars and KM2's are significantly lighter in 35's. The lighter tires lead me to believe performance will be much better with one of them...

I just put 35x12.50x18 Trail Grapplers on but I only have about 150 miles on them. So far I really like them and they are surprisingly quiet for an MT. I have also ran the Toyo MT's and these are much quieter. They have reduced power obviously because one wheel and tire weighed 107 pounds. It is completely managable and not that bad but I get much less use out of 6th gear now and will most likely regear before too long. I had it narrowed down to the Trail Grapplers and the KM2's and decided against the KM2's for this reason. There was no way I was going to spend $400 more than the Trail Grapplers and get a smaller tire. I didn't know if you knew this but the 35" KM2's measure out to 33.5" and I'll be damned if I'm gonna pay $400 more for a shorter tire. To get a 35" KM2, then you have to get the 37's which measure 35.5" and I was quoted $425 a tire for the 37's

Are you sure about those measurements?

I have never put a tape measure to them personally but I have several forum members to measure them for me and they all have come back with right at 33.5". There are several threads that I have read where they have talked about the KM2's running short
