Default TrailDash 2 help

Hi, I need help please. I have a 2012 JK Rubicon. I purchased a TD2. When I hooked it up, as part of it's procedure it erased my factory program. When it tried to load the new program, an error message pops up and says "an error occurred while programming you vehicle. We need to try the programming again. This device needs to reboot." I have tried it several times with the same message popping up. I connected it to the Fusion app on my pc to check for updates. Now my Jeep wont crank due to it erasing my stock program. Thanks in advance for any help.

Try calling Superchips. They were pretty helpful on a couple of questions I had.

Thanks for the reply. I guess I will call them on Monday when they open. I was hoping someone had seen this issue in the past, and could help get my jeep running for the weekend. : )

I've seen the same with a similar tuner device, and it bricked the PCM. Stay in touch, very curious how this turns out.

Can't help with that specific question, just a comment to say that my experience with them was poor. Horrible tech support for the most part. If the answer to your problem isn't on the short cheat sheet they go through and they can't immediately answer your question or address your issue, they'll ignore you. If that happens, don't sit around waiting for the return phone call they all promise. Keep calling back and talking to 'different' technicians until you find the right person who actually has a clue!!! It's amazing how many different responses I got to the same question concerning my flashpaq issue. After several weeks, the final tech I spoke to had it cleared up in just a few minutes.
