I don't think there is a transmission cooler on the JK from the factory.
If you look you will find a forum about a chime while climbing a hill.
As far as I know, there is not a kit made specifically for the JK's.
But a small cooler has been added to some rigs.

However, the bottom 4 inches or so of the A/C condenser is in fact an auto transmission cooler. Follow the lines from the driver's bottom side of the condenser coils (the "radiator in front of the radiator") back to the transmission. I had a transmission specialist look at putting an additional cooler on and his recommendation was to NOT interfere any more with the air flow in front of the Jeep. Maybe a pusher fan, but nothing that would cause an obstruction. If you could locate another place to put a transmission cooler, I'd be interested in seeing your setup, providing it's protected from water (if there's a fan) and trail hazards (if mounted in a place where it's exposed, like the bottom of the JK).

I bought and installed one of the Summit Racing brand coolers. It was fairly inexpensive and I haven't had any problems. I installed it in front of the ac condenser.
It is true that the JK, at least mine, has a cooler already. It uses the bottom of the ac condenser, but I wanted a dedicated cooler, especially since I tow a camper.
