Default Transfer case leaking after installing coast ds

After installing my rear drive shaft I noticed my transfer case in leaking. I removed it and inspected the seal just in case I pinched it or something and no it looked good. my question is can my angle from the pinion cause my drive shaft to vibrate and case the leak. I took it so the angle can be adjusted with upper control arms before I installed the DS. I do believe I feel a vibration or something at take off but then it settles down. How hard is to adjust the angle. Is there a write up on how to do this. Could there be another reason my transfer case is leaking?

Mine was leaking a bit when I did new shafts. Turned out the new yoke had some trash on the splines and wasn't getting a good seal in the t-case. I pulled it, cleaned it, and made sure it was seated properly. Haven't had any more problems. Hopefully your problem is as simple as mine.

Seems like I remember reading that you need to put a silicone sealant on the yoke splines. Did you put a new yoke on?

No but since I am going to check if it's clean I will add the silicone sealant. Thank you

This may sound dumb and probably is but where and how much silicone sealant should be used.

Here's a driveshaft install video where he applies silicone at 1:25, 1:55, 3:55, and 4:25.
