Decided to pull the trigger on a set of seat covers this morning. Thought that I had read about a couple of places that kept the most common colors in stock. After calling a few vendors and coming up empty, I called Trek Armor. Mitch was more than happy to provide me with the names of the vendors that had ordered the most popular covers. A guy named Mike was more than happy to fill the order today, and said they had a bunch in stock. I believe they specialize in Volkswagens and dune buggy's mostly. They did offer me free shipping, but no forum discount. He wasn't even aware of the forum because they don't do much Jeep business. Oh well, hope this info can help out another fellow Jeeper!

 

That is odd, I was told these are made to order. These are not a stock item.

 

Why do they have "a bunch" of JK seat covers in stock if they don't deal with many jeeps?

 

That is partly true. They were, but several vendors saw the demand for them and ordered them in the most common colors being sold.

 

Let us know how long it takes to get them, Mine took over a month to arrive.

 

I wondered that myself. But Mitch from Trek Armor gave me their info. They also have them listed on their website.

 

Will do! They were promised to me by the end of the week. Did you have any special customizing done to yours? I know that takes time. I just got their Black outers with graphite accents.

 

Nothing Custom, Straight Black

 

I just got an email from Morris 4X4. I had spoken with them this morning to see if they had any in stock, but he was sold out. He told me in the email that they had a shipment of the black on black come in this afternoon and could get them sent out to me if I was interested in changing my mind on the color. That being said...some of the vendors are ordering them ahead of time.

 

We also have standard colors in stock most of the time.
