At the recommendation of Bob at TnT, I rubbed mine down with Acetone and then applied 3-4 coats of Rustoleum Hammered spray paint. Very surprised on how durable it turned out, although it's not a true black color, more of a charcoal grey. Wish I would have asked if they could've welded some light tabs on the hoop. Very happy with it though, saving up for the rear now!
I sent an e-mail to him asking about mounting the fogs and he said because the top of the bar is flat you can just drill a hole and pretty much install it anywhere you want. He also recommended to me to use Rustoleum Hammered spray or duplicolor bedliner, I'm not sure which one I'll do. Do you have any more pics of yours?

Does trek send you the extension wires? do they cost more? thanks again

I called Bob back after receiving my bumper to ask for his recommendations about finishing it and he asked if the extension wires were shipped with it. They weren't but, he sent them out and I had them in a couple days. There was no extra charge for them. They're heat shrink connectors that any highpowered hair-dryer (which I used) or heat gun can handle.

Here are a few more pics:

thanks it looks great! one more question, did you find the front end sag at all due to the weight of it? have you put a winch in it yet?

Thanks. I got done installing it and thought, "Ya know what, I forgot to measure the before/after difference, dangit". Anyways, from what I remember, the bumper weight was 72 lbs. and the skid was 20 lbs. I have not noticed any obvious sagging or difference in height myself.

No, I have not added a winch yet. I am planning on going the budget route and getting a Smittybilt XRC8 winch. This probably won't increase sag, if there is any, too much.
