I have a 2010 Unlimited Sport and a later model Trektop (the one that comes with the tailgate retainer with the C-shaped channel instead of velcro).

I was looking on the Bestop website at the instructions for the Bestop tailgate retainer bar that comes with the Trektop. I noticed that they show it being installed on what could only be a Bestop Supertop or an OEM soft top. This led me to suspect that since a Bestop tailgate retainer bar works on an OEM top and a Trektop, then an OEM tailgate retainer bar should also work on a Trektop. I took the plunge and ordered the 3-part OEM kit from Quadratec, and it fits flawlessly! The Bestop retainer bar leaves large gaps on the top corners below the zippers that let air and water in, but the OEM bar creates a complete seal at the corners. I know my pictures may seem confusing, but I can take better one if anybody wants:
