All those codes could be related to the crankshaft position sensor.
It could be a bad sensor, loose sensor mount, or loose/broken wire.

My wife's stock 08 Sahara had the same exact codes. Problem was the spark plugs. I replaced them with champion oems. that was a couple months ago and no problem since then. I know the book says 5 years or 100K, she had just over 60K. Use some anti-sieze on the threads and dielectric grease where the boot goes on and all will be well. Takes about 30 minutes.
Hope this helps

The spark plugs caused the crank position sensor signal to be intermittent?

I did Gibson header and after the instal I had a mis fire in cyl #2 due to me being stubborn and not installing the heat shield that came with the headers. It burnt the speak plug wire which caused a misfire. Maybe for shits and giggles pull your wires and make sure none are burnt up.
