Question True Flow XDI vs. HYPERTECH Max Energy vs. FLASPAQ???

Looking for more power with the stock 3.73 gears.

What do you recomend?

Stock Rubicon Tires on 2.5 Terra BB. Only mod is removed spoiler.

Even on straightaways with a 10MPH headwind at 65 it down shifts tremendously.

Any comments are greatly appreciated.

I have both

I would go with the True Flow XDI

Or go with the Flashpaq by Superchips

I just removed my Hypertech and couldn't tell any difference (no loss) except for the Speedo, my Hypertech will be on Ebay soon

I have the flashpaq and the true flow. While I added the cai first it did show improvement and I am happy with it but the flashpaq is the true power improvement not to mention all the other benefits it provides.

I had both and a throttle body spacer and 3 inch exhaust with 3.73 hears. I loved how it ran but if i would do it over id just save my money and get a supercharger. I thought a few hp and tq here and there with each add on would make a difference which it did, but compared to the money spent and hp and tq gained its not worth it to me. If you saved and got a supercharger it would make a world of difference in that 3.8l engine.

I like my Hypertech Max Energy. Would I buy it again? No. Why? It only does tires/ speedo, reads codes and adds some power but lacks the ability to turn off the tire pressure warning like others do. Also their update method via web is not reliable.

Of all the upgrades I have done to my JK, headers, CAI, exhaust and now on my second programmer nothing has achieved the performance increase of the Flashpaq. Not only that, but I pretty firmly believe it gave a better platform for my other upgrades to work. I'd love to be able to start all over and begin with the Flashpaq so that I might have been able to realize the potential of each component. By far moving past the stock PCM is the best upgrade you can do, especially for those with an automatic transmission.

As with any programmer, would I have to un-programm when i take the Jeep to the dealership?

For warranty purposes.
