Another view. Basically just two pieces of 1/2 in plywood, a couple of hinges so that the back half lifts up for better access underneath, and some light weight grey carpet.

The front uprights are 2x4s that were notched to fit into the rear seat front brackets. Hinged rear 1x3 for the back support brackets.

Just made up as we went along. Keeps the saws out of sight but still provides quick and easy access when it's time to go to work.

Home made cover looks good! I did the same thing for my 4-door except I used bedliner instead of rug material. Works & looks great.
