Question Trying to widen my stance...

I recently put 32" tires on my 16" stock wheels. They were not quite as wide as I had envisioned. What are my options for widening the stance without using wheel spacers?

There isn't any way besides wheel spacers or new wheels. I have run my Spidertrax for almost two years with no problems. I inspected them closely when I removed them to trade in my old Jeep and they were perfect, like brand new. I put them back on my new JK.

I have heard that there are not a lot of options out there for the 16" 5 x 5 wheels. What do you know about that?

Default Spidertrax

I have a set of used spacers for sale if you are interested...they are 1.5 with stock bolt pattern.

Not sure about the 16" wheel with the JK bolt pattern, but, 16" wheels themselves seem to have less options for tires. Seems like 15" and 17" have more tire options. I had this problem with my last Wrangler (TJ) that had 16" wheels on it.

How far will wheels with this backspacing stick out beyond the fenders? What type of backspacing are on stock wheels?

PS. THE NEW KID THANKS YOU!

stocks are 6.5, did you need new tires or were the 32's just an upgrade?

Please tell me that I'm not the only one who was tempted to crack a joke about the wide stance!
