Default Tube fender question.

So i ordered some warrior tube fenders. My question is how to modify the fender liner to stay in place/look good to accommodate the tube fenders? I cut my stock flares, and the flares came out great, but i cant seem to find a way to keep the inner fender liner in place. So i have them temporary rig'd up in place. But since im getting tube fenders i want to go ahead and make sure the liners in place well.

My psc tube fenders came w/ bolts/washers, and little mounting tabs for securing the inner liner. Not sure about the warriors. It'd be easy to rig something up though once you get them installed.

Maybe look into self tapping screws and when the funds are replenished go with metalcloak liners or other "universal" fit liners.

The MC liners are really nice. We put them on our JK. They are made to work with the MC flares but with a few holes being drilled they fit in really nice.

This was with the Warrior Tube Flares.

I just removed my stock fenders and I was thinking about going and cutting up the fender liner till I get some new fenders. Should I not, should I wait the few months till I have the cash and just put the stock fender liners on with the new fenders? I want to order the smitty built fenders. Not trying to high jack your thread but I've been curious about this.

I want the smitty built xrc fenders, the website says the liners are included. I'm pretty sure that means I don't need the stock ones? I just want to be 100% certain before I go cutting up the stock ones.

I think that means the liner for the part that actually sticks out over the tire not the inner liner. I may be completely Wong though.
