On what part over the rear view mirror does the Tuffy overhead console latch on to?

I need to know before ordering because it may interfer with another acessory.

Thanks!

The Overhead Console will attach in the front via a bracket that goes across the top of the windshield. Since the 2009 models use the center footman loop for the hard top, we made some slight mods to allow the console to work with any year of JK. You can see how it attaches here:

Those are the worst directions in the world. I had my installed today and 5 grown men couldn't figure it out. It rattles like a paint can and the wiring looks horrible. I don't know what I am going to do but I hate it already.

The directions that came in the kit were two pages long. One picture and the rest text. I found the ones on their site after the install. Should have pulled them up at the installers shop.

From the directions that came with the kit, it was really hard to tell were the wires come out of the box. The installer had them come out through a side grommet even though I told them I didn't think that is how it was supposed to be routed.

At least it is all wired up now. I just need to reroute the wires. I am going to drill a hole the front of the box so I can take the power out the way and the antenna wire can be routed out the back. After I do this it will be all set. Now to tune the CB...I hate tuning CBs.
