Question Tuffy Security Console Insert

I am looking to get anyone's thought on this product. How much bigger is the compartment? How much higher is the arm rest? Is it worth getting in your opinion? Thanks in advance for any input.

Worth it is a tough question. Depends on what you're looking for. I bought their insert and now am wishing I went for the console. It has a great optional secured mounting for your CB and if you aren't interested in that, there is almost double the storage. The rest sits up much higher making things so much more comfortable. And of course, it secures everything like all get out. If you're in an area where folks think anything not locked down is theirs then yep it's sure worth it.

I went with the console. It was worth it to me to have a place to lock stuff up and know that won't get stolen. I did a brief write up on the install.

I went with the insert and am totally pleased with it.
If you feel you need more room, or want to put your radio in there, I guess the console is what you would want.
The armrest with the insert is perfect, not too far forward, and the fact that it all still looks factory is terrific.
