Default Tuffy Security Drawer Question

I just purchased and installed the Tuffy Security Drawer into my Unlimited. I installed it with the drawer in the lowest position on the riser. I am wondering if I reinstall the drawer in the highest position on the riser (quite a bit of rework), if I'll be able to access the JK cubby under the floor of the rear storage area without taking out the Tuffy drawer.

Thanks in advance.

I forgot to ask, how long did it take to install?

Yes you will be able to get to the storage area if you raise the drawer, I installed mine raised. You'll have about 4in of clearence to the cubby. You can actually just pull the cover off if you really want to get to it, once you lift it a cpl inches it just pulls right towards you. Here is a pic of mine installed

install took about 1.5-2hrs, but i was being interupted a bit.
