LOL, I was just wondering if it was just twisting the mirror over OR unhooking from window brackt and reattaching upside down?

I guess I should just try twisting it after work

And regarding the headrests...I happen to like them there in case of an accident. It's not the back headrests..it's the front ones that are no longer in the mirror. The back ones aren't because the back seat is out.
