I think what you see in the picture is an illusion because of camera position,(one tire pointed at the camera, and one not).

However, it is normal for the tire that is turned out, (inside tire in a turn), to be at a greater angle than the other. The steering geometry is designed to compensate for the inner tire having to follow a shorter curve radius.

Ronjenx is correct about the steering angles. Look up "Ackermann steering geometry" to see what he's talking about.

My JK and my fathers JK look the same stock. It seems to be an illusion.
