Default Two noises that are driving me nuts! HELP!

I have a 2009 rubicon with a 3 inch tearflex and 35 inch tires i have a couple of noises that are coming from my jeep that I can not figure out.

The first noise is when I let off the throttle a moaning type noise comes from my jeep, This noise happens alot if I am slowing down to pull into a driveway. It almost seems as though it is happening when the jeep is down shiffting. However I also hear the noise noise not so strongly when driving at random times also.

The Second noise is a clicking noise on acceleration. The drive shaft bolts appear to be tight. This noise sounds terrible. I have zero skipping durin acceleration or at any point, four wheel driver also works with out issue.

Have you tried putting high grade fuel in for the second noise? I had the worst "pinging" noise on acceleration and went through hoops trying to figure it out even on the phone with jeep and two dealerships and finally someone on here told me to try 91 octane and the noise went away, haven't used 87 since. Sorry I'm not sure about the first noise but hope this helps on the other one!

I had the same issue with a previous truck after a regear. Turns out the rear ring and pinion missed the heat treat and look like they had 400,000 miles on them after only 400 miles. Wished I would have checked the gears before replacing the transfer case (thought it was slack in the chain), but in my mind I thought surely it wouldn't be new gears. Anyways, may want to pull your rear inspection plate and check the teeth on the ring and pinion. Defiantly sounds like gear related.

How many miles are on it? Probably wouldn't hurt to check the front too, at least you'll know and be getting new fluids in the process. Hope this helps.
