Yesterday some jack-wagon in a Dodge got on the highway ahead of me with 2 off-road lights mounted on his rear bumper lit up. This was in the day time and it was still bright enough that the person behind him would have trouble seeing his brake lights. I hope he got a ticket for it.

Don't take what I said too seriously. My lights have been adjusted to the proper angle, but I did swap my factory bulbs with Silverstars which are much brighter than stock. The majority of people who seem to think my brights are on are driving in front of me, in ultra tiny mini coopers and fiats. Most of them just adjust their rearview mirror.

A truly even lift wouldn't require adjustment. However most lifts do tend to level the vehicle and lose the factory rake. Any "leveling" should be accompanied by headlamp adjustment.
