Default tyres within guards

Hey,

i have the rubicon model with a 4 inch lift and am looking at 17x9 rims with 4.25 inchs of backspacing and want to increase tyre size to 35/12.5 and want to put on the the bushwacker flares which are 2 inchs wider, my question is will the tyres still sit outside the guards with 60mm wider tyres and 50mm of extra offset?

I think this guy has a 3" lift w/ stock 17" moabs and 1.5 spacers and 35's.
The back spacing w/ that setup should be equal to a wheel w/ 4.75 BS (I think the stock wheels are 6.25 BS).
So that should be pretty close to what you are doing. The extra 1/2 inch with the 4.25 BS wheels
would look better, IMO.

cheers mate, looks like an extra half an inch should sit in there nicely. I assume they are 12.5 wide on the 35's
