Default Un-identified SQUEAK.

For the past week I've been getting more and more frustrated at a squeak that I can't for the life of me figure out. It sounds like "jingling" or something...kinda like change in your pocket I guess. It happens mostly on small bumps, or rough roads where there's alot of little imperfections in the pavement....the only thing I can figure it could be is the shocks, that sound about right? I've replaced my stock X shocks with some from a Rubicon (bought from somone on here)....and they're all still tight, I checked yesterday. Could it be the valve inside? Any other ideas or suggestions on what to check?

Thanks

I've got a squeak developing, 10,ooo miles, it sounds like the dash is squeaking a little, but I cant help but think its the shocks/coils/sway bar area. But I have no way of seeing these things move while i'm driving. Its only at highway speeds on our traditionally rough colorado roads.

What do you guys think, anyone else squeaking?

thanks

I've checked everything I know to check....exhaust/muffler, all the links (sway bar discos were installed after the squeak developed), and the shocks. I know it's coming from the driver's side rear, and it does it when you bounce that corner of the Jeep up and down.....so it's gotta be the shock I guess. That's all I can figure, so I'm about to order some new rear shocks.....we'll see.

I also had a weird noise coming from the same area, I released the e-brake bounced the corner again, noise was gone....

Pull your trackbar, and grease the bushings. (unless yours has fittings) I had this problem with mine, I thought it was a lot of different things too.
