... stock spring rates available from Jeep. I asked at a local dealer what is available and he came back with 3 pages of part #'s. He said they vary so much from JK's with soft tops, hard tops, 4 dr., 2 dr., yadda yadda.... I just want to fix the rear sagging issue I am having with my Trailmaster 5 in. lift. My stock rear springs are just way to soft. It already has a massive spacer for the rear coils. I cannot run my ful size spare (37) and all the doors off. Put a passenger in the back, rub city! Is the stiffest stock rear spring rate the way to go to get some ride height? The front rides better than stock, period. I have had a few people drive it when it was stock and notw that it is lifted. They all agree. Super plush and it is a true 5 inches in the front.

Would anyone happen to know anyone at a Jeep parts dept.? Trailmaster did say they would have a fix by the first of the yer, differ rear springs.

Nate

Doesn't help you one bit, but that can't be true. Everyone on here will tell you the suspension is the same on all of the JK's. No differences!! It's true, I read it on the internet.

Seriously though, I think you are out of luck until they release new springs. Sounds like someone goofed.

Thanks, just itching to have a level Jeep. Want to just go buy a 4 inch and then throw a 1 in body, but then again I may stick it out 4 mos. and see if Trailmaster is for real. really sucks.

Why not buy some 4.5" Rubicon Express springs for the rear?

I can't believe your lift didn't come with rear springs! 5'' spacers? That's crazy! Even my 3" lift came with springs.

5 inch spacers? Take that junk back where you got it and get your money back. Not only a waste of money but 5 inches isn't safe at all. Trailmaster folks must be sniffing glue or something. Jeez, why stop there Trailmaster, why not put a 5 inch puck in the front as well? Maybe even a 5 inch long round block of some stinky hard cheese from France might work as well.

Start over again and stop fooling around with stock springs from the dealer and get a real lift kit from say Rubicon Express or the one coming from Nth Degree. At least just see if someone will sell you a set of rear springs that will level you out.
