Default Unlimited Black Islander into Black Ops Version

Let me start by saying that I love my fully loaded 2010 Islander Unlimited in black (NO DECALS). It's a sweet ride. So I bought a couple mods over the last few months - Mopar tail lamp guards in black, Mopar gas lid in black and Mopar custom khaki seat covers (love the islander blue seats in the summer, but just doesn't fit for northern New England in the winter).

So then the other day I see the new Call of Duty Black Ops edition Rubicon and guess what, my modded Islander looks IDENTICAL aesthetically on the outside, minus the lame videogame stickers and the Mopar side steps vs the Rubicon's rock rails (I personally love the side step look). My point is that the Islander is a fantastic Jeep and with a bit of modding, you can have quite a few different looks for it. And yes, the Islander DOES have the red shocks!

Thoughts on the Call of Duty version overall? Anyone else mod out their Islander in a similar fashion?

Lol. People who own islanders shouldnt throw stones at the decals of another JK. With that being said everyone on this site with any model JK has and does make it their own with the mods they do to it but i would rather start with the black ops one opposed to your islander. Its a rubi for 1 and 2nd , you can pull the decals off that islander but you are still stuck with those god awfull tiki seats (which you can cover up at a cost of $200 every few years for a good seat cover). Just my 2EUR

Except not everyone has the $32K+ for the black ops edition. I negotiated mine at $26,500 and spent $650 on accessories. Plus I didn't NEED a Rubicon, I only do light off roading and beach driving.

Islander and "fully loaded" don't go together.

Ok, let me qualify that for you, my friend - 'Every option available on the Islander Unlimited model'. Get it?
