Default Unstable Jeep

Recently installed some rubicon dana 44s that came with a relocation bracket for the track bar. I have a aev 3.5 lift and when I'm driving the steering feels every bump something it didn't do before. Can anyone help?

You want your drag link & track bar as parallel as possible. The more they are off from each other, the worse your bump steer will be.

I would lose the track bar bracket ( is it for 2",3",4"???). Get an adjustable track bar.

those would help too. I just assumed he already had that, considering no mention of CA and already having 3.5" of lift.

This. If you raised the trackbar without also raising the drag link, your angles are off. Take a pic from a different angle, open it in paint, and draw straight lines between the mounting holes on both bars.

I can't see the holes in this pic, but it will give you an idea of what you're looking at.

That appears to be the one from synergy for lifts over 3" which requires a drag link flip and 3" bump stops.

Note: Requires use of minimum 3" bump stop spacer
Note: Requires use of steering drag link flip kit

All you really need to do is complete the draglink flip by drilling the top mount on the knuckle and inserting the proper tapered bushing. After that is done check your bump stops for proper clearance. You already have the raised axle side mount on that axle. If you don't want to run a drag link flip then relocate the track bar back to the factory location on the axle.

Drag link flip as is being suggested.

nthinuf has a great diagram. Flipping the draglink in that pix will put both drag link and track bar in parallel, or close to, which is what you want.
