Short arm? Mid arm? Long arm? What is the diff between these, besides the obvious! Ride quality, function, and other benefits

Ya I been racking my head for a while now, im pretty much set on metalcloak game changer lite. Heard a lot of good things about it so far, anyone have one with a few hundred miles on it??
