Will I notice a difference in the ride quality switching from a basic 4in bds to a Teraflex complete flexarm kit?

Yes you'll notice. The flex arms will allow you to correct your castor on the front allowing for bettering steering geometry along with fixing your driveshaft angles front and rear. You'll also notice better road ride quality with the longer coils and newer shocks.
