Default Upper or lower control arms???

I'm putting on a 3 inch lift from full traction later this week and have heard about the steering issues some are getting with this much lift, so my question is, which set of control arms (upper or lower) would be best to correct the caster angle on the axles?? With cash limited, im looking for the cheapest way to get the best ride.

Thanks ahead of time, guys!

If you could only choose one set, go with uppers.

Personally i bought lowers to adjust my caster. Reason being, that the uppers are up out of the way, and the lowers will be the ones to see the abuse from trail. being that the price was about the same, i went with lowers. they're a lot beefier and can take the abuse of the trail. So that was my reasoning. But to be honest, i had no idea that uppers are supposed to be better for setting castor. had i known, i still think i would have bought lowers. but anyway. thats my two cents.
