Default Valco EZ Step

has anyone seen or used this before? It'll allow my wife to enter with a little more ease without having to sacrifice ground clearance since the step is easily removed.

I guess no one has seen or used this before. But I'll give it a bump, just to make sure.

I seen it before, but not in person though. I considered it but, do you leave it just hanging there driving around? I think it would work ok but don't like the looks of it too much. Kinda steep in price and kinda a hassle to put on and remove all the time IMO. I think someone make bolt on steps for Rubi rails, you'd be better off with that. I have Poison Spyder Rocker Knockers and am looking at modifying some Warrior Knightguard steps to bolt on to them. i'm in the same boat as you, need something to help the wifey get in.

link doesnt work, i copied and pasted it and got it, it makes sense as a step but i think it would get knock off or seriously mess something up when it had a collision with anything at all

According the Valco website, it comes off without any tools, thus the step would only be on when the wife is in the vehicle. When I take it on the trails, it wouldn't be on. I don't want to sacrifice any ground clearance, so I'm just looking for ways to help her into the JK.

My wife also shares the problem of getting in. Just wondering if you tried the steps or if you did something else and what worked.
