Mine are on b/o until 1st week of October. Has Quadratec been accurate on their b/o status with these?

The end of my bumper clipped a tree during a tight turn on a trail so I need "new ends"
Otherwise.......I agree.

Was told two weeks ago that the end caps would ship out end of the month which is about now, we shall see. In my opinion the caps give you a more finished look since they go over the cut end of the bumper and fit along the crush can,but that just my opinion, pictures can be decieving

i chopped my own, but i followed the contour of the crush can bump out rather than coming straight out with the cut. i also removed quite a bit from each side. i would have gone more but it was pretty much impossible if i still wanted to keep the end caps and have enough area to rivet them. it took a bit more time to do it this way rather than just a straight cut, but i like the finished product and due to being laid off at the time, i had plenty of time on my hands. also, i went with regular aluminum rivets rather than black ones. i kind of like the contrast and it draws attention to one of my favorite mods. the look kinda reminds me of saddle bags on a harley

and finally a non-poser shot
