I have the viair 100% constant duty compressor on my TJ, and it works well. It's a bit noisy and vibrates a lot, but does its job. The kit was mostly complete. I did need to acquire some brass fitting to complete the install for what I wanted. I have no experience with the ARB, but it's a big name...for what it's worth.

I installed viair's ada system in my 2012 JKUR along with a SPOD. Love it. Kit came complete and was an easy install. Very tight with the SPOD but doable and works great. I run BFG A/T 35s at 15 psi offroad and 34 psi on. It takes longer to deflate (one at a time, I don't have a set of defators) than to inflate. Have not plumbed in a larger tank for air tool usage but evaluating the pros and cons.

Vair hands down. They offer tons of kits and options, not to mention make an excellent product. This is what is going in our JK soon.
