Just wanted to share a video i made of my maglite mount. It's a pretty fast mod and the cheapest one i have done so far. Also wanted to mention that i upgraded the maglite bulb to a 700 lumens light a few years ago. The new led conversion now offers 1000 lumens and the flashlight is great for protection.

That's where I think I am going to mount mine if it fits. I have the rechargeable one so the holder is a little bigger.

 

Well even in the snow I couldn't resist trying... So I scrounged and found one spare bolt that fit and the holes lined up perfectly to the preexisting hold in the rail. So I put the bolt through and used the ever famous zip tie to hold it in place till I can get to the hardware store and get another bolt!!! Ran the chord under the seat and then I can plug it in whenever needed to charge.

 

This mod is great!!!!
