Default Violent Shudder after Wheel install?

So, got my new wheels mounted/balanced today. On my way home (1.5 hour trip with traffic and rain) I had my first experience with ----- wobble. Not gonna call it Death Wobble cause I survived Traveling 60mph with cruise on hit a bump and the front/rear started to shake/shimmy/shudder/vibrate whatever the hell you want to call it and would not respond to braking/throttle/gear shift. Brakes felt like they were pulsing(ABS). Was able to fight it off to the shoulder. Expected to see the trackbar bracket weld broken or some other catastrophic failure upon visual inspection - but nothing

The only variable here is the wheels. I rotated the tires a week ago and they mounted/balanced the wheels today. Removed the spidertrax spacers since the bs is correct on these wheels so overall bs should be about the same as before. It was dark and still raining when I got home (driving 40 on the feeder roads sucks)

I did not watch but I am assuming 4wheel parts used tape weights on the inside of the wheel. I took a flashlight and looked through the holes and tried to feel the weights but cannot find/see/feel them (again it is dark/raining/42 deg and the wheels are on the Jeep). I will pull them off tomorrow and confirm. i am assuming if the weights came off or if the wheels were not balanced properly it could cause this issue????? The shop was closed when I got home but I will call after I check it out in the morning.

Any other suggestions? A little baffled that this issue would show up after almost 2.5 years and 34k miles......

Just remembered I forgot to say my steering wheel is not perfectly centered - will do this tomorrow with my AEV ProCal and I did have a little dartiness since my Rusty's lift and planned to order adjustable LCA (while pulled over trying to calm myself I called David and placed an order)

OK novel over. Thanks for reading and any help is appreciated.

Did not even think about air pressure. I had been running 28psi.Thanks. Did watch him hit the all with a torque wrench but not sure what it was set to. Already have my torque wrench in the Jeep ready to go. Thanks for the quick reply Keep 'em coming.

OK so here is the results so far:
Air pressure was 31-32 I usually run at 28 so I aired all 4 down.
Retorqued all lugs to 100 ft/lb(broke them loose and then torqued)
Torqued front track bar - axle side took about 4 turns(not 4 full revolitions - maybe 1/3 turn each time) of the torque wrench to get to 130 ft/lb. Bolt seemed almost seized but was not torqued to 130 Frame side took about 2 turns (each about 1/3 full turn) to torque to 130 ft/lb. Really surprised they were that loose but that kinda explains the issue if this solves the problem.

Centered the steering wheel as well. Could not get the AEV procal to work for this function so I did it the old fashioned way with my wife yelling yea or nea.

Steering feels alot less sloppy on my 3 mile drive to work. Got to about 60 with no wobble on a very bumpy country road. About to make a 15 mile highway trip into town.....wish me luck.
