Default Volant CAI

Well, just got an email back from Volant today, and this is the latest news on their CAI:

"It should be ready to go in about 3-4 weeks, it is in the final stages
of testing"

Finally...another option on top of AEM and Airaid

volant also offered a snorkel that could be mated to a box over the filter, and could be removed when you weren't using it. cool.

yeah, but if i remember correctly, it ran under the jeep, making it vulnerable to snags under water. you could use this principle with some PVC and your stock box, or cone filter system of your choice. you could even bore a hole in the side for the snorkel when you wanted it, and cover it with a magnet when you didn't.
