Laying on my back in my garage, I installed my OrFab rear bumper in about an hour, including the time I talked to my wife and got myself a cold drink. But, if it does not cost you anything, I would just relax and let it move on.

or just take it home and install it yourself... It's not a gear change... It's a few bolts. This is why I joined a jeep club.. We do mod parties.. You get a lift in, 4-5 of us show up at your house, we install your mod and we cook out, drink bear and head home after the work is done... air tools are a privileges... most of us use wrenches and sockets and SOME are lucky to have mechanic gloves...

Go home, get greasy and learn how to install a bumper Piss on the dealership, a scratch on a bumper?!?!? 5 minutes offroading and I'm going to put a much larger scratch or dent on the same bumper
