You're right IMFletch.

No doubt, Shrockworks could improve communications and thereby customer service by amending the projected delivery time outlined on their site.

They are not perfect, I would just hate to see people dissuaded from dealing with them due to longer than stated wait times.

Well, I'm getting tempted to do the following.

I have the front mid-width bumper.

Waiting on swing away rear.

I'm considering getting the standard shrockworks rear bumper, and going with an OR-Fab swing away tire carrier.

So think of this above the shrockworks bumper.

Anyone think about this?

I will absolutely buy more gear from Shrockworks. Next time I do I will do in with a more realistic expectation about turn around time. Their stuff rocks!!

Maybe they should update their website.

3-4 weeks advertised is unrealistic for expectations.

It looks like a nice set up. I am waiting for Shrockworks to introduce the rear bumper/tire carrier combo. I think their gear is worth the wait.

I kind of like that idea.

I ordered my mid-width front bumper on Thursday January 17th and still no word (Thursday March 20 marked 9 weeks since order). I see IMFletch got word after 8 weeks; his must be a different configuration.

I have absolutely no doubt as to the awesome quality and attention to detail of shrockworks bumpers, and I'm very excited to be close to getting mine (my warn winch is sitting ready in my garage).

Build quality and reputation aside, their website has what any reasonable person would call a questionable claim ("3-4 weeks"). Luckily it's an easy fix for them to make, and meanwhile I'm sure I'll forget the long wait once I start bashing my bulletproof bumper on some very large rocks

I ordered my front mid-width w/winch hoop on Dec. 18, and just got word this week that it would ship March 18. To be fair, though, I'm pretty sure that when I placed the order, I was told it would be 6-8 weeks. It's taken longer, but not enough to make me complain. Hopefully good things come to those who wait.

As an FYI - Northridge told me that Shrockworks had problems with their laser cutter, which delayed production of the front bumpers.

I ordered rock sliders at the same time and received them much faster.

It looks great, but the price seems kinda steep $550 on Quadratec). I don't remember if Shrockworks let slip the expected price of their tire carrier, but their bumper is $600 or so. If the tire carrier adds as much as OR FAB wants, I'll have to take my name off the waiting list
