Anyone that is running Walker Evans beadlocks, what sort of back spacing are you running?

 

Depends on Tire size and how much you want them to stick out. I am running 3.75 on My 4 door with 37's

good point. I will be running 37's. I was thinking 4.5ish as far as back spacing. any pics of your set up?

 

if you decide to run coilovers you will need 3.75" or less

 

If you're planning on that much tire, id definately suggest going with the 3.75. At 4.5 id rub swaybar and frame when flexing. I went with spyderlocks 2nd time around for 3.5 bs with my current setup.

 

im not a fan of tires sticking way out past the fenders.some guys like running there rigs with widths wider than most full size trucks but to me a jeep should have as narrow as a track width as possible.i run my walkers with 4.25 inches of backspacing on 37x13.5 toyos.it works well but during adjustment at full compression with the steering at full lock i did have to adjust the steering stops a little bit.i also run custom 44/60 hybrid axles and although i tried to keep them as close to stock width as possible they may be just a little wider than stock,but not much.if you were to run a 37x12.5 tire instead then you would clear no problem and most likely not have to adjust your steering stops at all.
