So to correct the flighty steering I could just get the upper or lower control arms??? I don't need both to do it properly? or is a new front track bar the better (and cheaper) solution????

If I'm not mistaken, the adjustable track bar is used recenter your axles. When the jeep is lifted the axles shifts slightly to the left or right side of the jeep. The adjustable upper & lower control arms are used to adjust the caster/pinon angle of the axle which would help align the drive shafts as to not have a severe bind or vibration, etc..The control arms help to eliminate the flighty steering...It would be ideal to get both upper and lower CA, but if you only had to choose one, the uppers should help...I am sure others with more hands on experience will chime in...
