warn 8000 question

Default warn 8000 question

will be mounting a warn m8000 to my JK. Can the solenoid box be mounted somewhere behind the grill? Just don't like the look of it sitting on the winch.

Yes, you can mount it anywhere you want. You just need the correct length electrical cables to reach it. One Off Fabrication makes a bracket that lets you mount small air compressors just in front of the brake master cylinder. Instead of using the bracket to mount an air compressor you could use it to mount your winch solonoid.
