On my '12 they provided the very plates you had to fabricate. only issue was holding bumper and trying to get the 1/4 spacers in place, simple tiny tack weld to hold in place so all bolts went thru. I put my bumper on over a year ago and they knew then to include those spacers wonder if somebody just didn't put them in the box?

It is a well built, heavy bumper but you would expect that from Warn.

Other things I like (e.g. why I chose it):
[*]shouldn't impact approach angle[*]style ... especially the way the bumper ends work with the fender flares ... looks factory[*]the bull bar is sturdy and goes vertical at the top (e.g. doesn't stick out to far but should sort of act as a stinger if needed)[*]the large flat surface especially around the winch ... will be handy to set things on if needed[*]the winch sits between the frame rails which provides protection from the elements and doesn't affect airflow[*]You can reuse your factory fog lights[*]Lastly (and maybe most important for me) MADE IN THE USA

All the reasons I went with Warn, plus excellent customer service. I had an issue with the rear Warn Elite, and customer service was great helping me with remedy.

My 9500lb winch fit from the top...mounted my bumper, completely torqued everything then dropped my winch in from the top.
