They are not price fixing they are just saying what we can advirtise them at

The biggest problem is all the part time "4x4" shops that sell stuff online or on ebay and loose money with every order. They dont realize this until they are out of business!

but most of the stuff is marked down so low anyway i cant do anybetter.

MAP is "minimum advertised price". As David said, the little guys are selling at less than cost and putting themselves out of business. MAP also protects the value of a product to the consumer. This stuff is my work.... ugh!
