Default WARN M8000lb ?

So I started building a stubby bumper tonight and because i dont have a winch already, I need a few measurments to keep going. I am most likely going to get a M8000lb WARN winch, so if anyone has this winch and doesn't mind breaking out a tape measure I would really appreciate it.

1. front to back(without the fairlead)and side to side. In other words how much room will I need, hoping to go between the frame instead of above it.

2. The measurement of the mounting holes on the base of the winch. ( I dont know if this is generic measurement or if it varies between models.

3. The measurement of the actual size of the backplate on the fairlead.

Thanks again, I will try to take some pics while I build it

I have this winch installed on the factory bumper. Let me know if you still need some info.
