Default Warranty and budget boost?

I am waiting for my new JK to come in and already want to do some mods. My problem has to do with the warranty, I would love to do a small lift and run a set of 33's. will a budget boost still void my warranty? these are just spring spacers right, 1 to 1.5 in? My wife has already said she will kill me if I do somthing that voids the warranty, That was how I talked her into letting me buy a new Jeep. "I won't need to fix it every weekend". If I have to wait till my warranty runs out it will suck but it's better than the alternative.

I thought my dealership was mod friendly until I asked the service manager about doing something similar (I was looking at a 2.5 BB and 35's) his response was typical - if the aftermarket parts could be deemed to cause the problem, etc. if it occurred. I've seen too many posts on this forum about dealerships looking for any excuse to not perform warranty repairs. Figured I would wait til the first year was up.

Now I'm looking for wheels and tires - can't wait any more.

Best way is to ask the dealership and the service manager directly. Good luck and welcome to the forum.

Just check w/ your dealer first. My local Jeep dealer is AEV authorized. I will be adding a 2"BB from AEV and 33's. They said I could order it from them, and either install myself or have their service center install it at a reasonable price..
I will be getting AEV, since they are authorized for this, less likely to run into issues. I was going to get a TF 2.5" full lift but no need to lift that much ( unless u ever wanted 35's ) then you run into other issues....

Safe bet Level kit, 33's /// or leave it stock and use wheel spacers and 285's on the factory wheel
