Warranty Issues
Any time you "modify" a vehicle, you run the risk of voiding the warranty. That being said.......
This has been a much discussed topic on here, and the best advise is this. First, the dealer has to prove that what ever broke was directly due to the modification you made. However, your best bet is to find a dealer that is "mod friendly". These dealers will be the ones that have new JK's on their lot that are already lifted. I bought mine at a dealer like that, and they have never given me any grief because I have mine modded. Find one of these dealers, and you will be better off.
