I have an appt for o2 sensors. My question is should I leave the superchips installed or take it off. I'm running 35's and 513's

Return it to stock before you bring it in. It's not unlikely that they would do a PCM update on a vehicle with O2 sensor issues.

Do you think that they will give me a hard time over the speedo being off because of tire size?

Defintely return it to stock, especally for a electrical issue like that. You don't want them to flash you ECU for some reason and endup locked out of your Superchips
