I'd love to know a way to fix this myself.

I currently have the same problem with my driver side fog lamp too. I dried it out but the moisture had already corroded the reflector surface. So I took it to the dealer last week and they ordered me a replacement set. But my passenger tail lamp had the same problem a while back and I didn't feel like taking it in, so I ended up drying it out real good with a hair dryer and applied a small amount of lithium grease on the seals to help prevent moisture from getting back in. That was about 6 months ago and haven't had any more moisture in the light.

Crawl under Jeep, remove bulb, then stick a paper towel in there to sop up the water?
