Default Waterproof the trunk storge

Has anyone come up with a way to waterproof the little storage area in the trunk under the lid? (beside leaving the sides zipped in). I keep a rope and gloves and straps in there and would like to keep m dry.

Thanks
Steve

They make liners for the storage tub in the rear. You can get them off of Quadratec. They also make fully replaceable boxes that are water proof that will do what you are looking for. Also, check out the write up sections and I'm sure someone had made their own plans for the storage. Hope this helps!

Also interested in this. Would be nice to keep my gear dry and safe. Thought about a storage box on the wheel well too.

Buy an appropriately sized dry bag (for kayaking or rafting). Simple, inexpensive, done.

I just pull carpet and drain plugs in rear. Heat from muffler dries out what gets wet.
