The Jeep just started making an odd noise and it's been hard to recreate. The couple times I've noticed it on the road was in the same spot, a pretty steep hill that I take around 20mph or so.

I was just able to recreate it by being on a hill and giving it just enough gas to barely move, where it wants to roll back without gas.

The sound is best described as a growling.

I just installed a 2.5 lift and am running stock drive shafts. Could this have anything to do with it?

Other than this one odd noise that happens only under unique circumstances it drives and rides great.

Any input appreciated.
