Default Welding C Gussets question...

Getting ready to beef up my front 44 and have a question about the C Gussets. I am looking at the EVO Gussets but I am not qualified to weld them up myself. So I will need to find a place to do the install and I want to make sure its done right.

When these are welded up can it be done with the axles on the jeep? And how much break down of the axle should be done before they are welded?

I assume the heat of welding them would damage axle seals, so should the seals and axle shafts be pulled prior to welding the Gussets, or is this just an easy install without tearing things down?

I know for some out there these will seem like silly questions!

as mentioned, the video will help out and taking it slow is critical. some guys will even take the time to hold a sopping wet rag over the area being worked on in between welds to help things out.

Ok, so I lied. I linked you the picture install thread. Here's the thread that actually has the video of the c2 and Sleeve install done by/for WOL I believe. The other thread is still killer for close ups on the how to though, but as they say, a video is worth a thousand pictures, or something like that.
